REFUND POLICY

At Infinity Solutions (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), we deliver high-performance,  custom-engineered digital transformations across website development, application development, digital marketing, graphic designing, and AI development.
Because our services involve intensive engineering hours, bespoke computational infrastructure setup, custom creative asset generation, and specialized technical labor, all cancellations and refund requests are strictly governed by the operational parameters outlined below. By engaging our services, initializing project milestones, or processing invoices, you explicitly agree to this Cancellation and Refund Policy.

Website & Application Development

All custom frontend designs, native/hybrid mobile applications, custom database structures, and backend admin panels are treated as professional software contracts.

  • Advance & Milestone Payments: The initial commitment deposit and all subsequent milestone-based installments are entirely non-refundable. Once a project phase is initiated, engineering resources are locked and compensated in real time.
  • Project Termination: A client may request to pause or terminate an active development pipeline by providing formal written notice. Upon cancellation, no refunds will be issued for completed milestones or active development sprints. Custom source code, framework architectures, or deployment blueprints will only be handed over to the client if all active development hours worked up to the termination date have been fully paid and settled.
  • Infrastructure Fees: Third-party expenses incurred on behalf of the client—including web hosting servers, domain registrations, SSL certificates, external database subscriptions, and premium plugin licenses—are 100% non-refundable.

AI Development & Automation

Custom AI model integrations, machine learning (ML) workflows, natural language processing (NLP) pipelines, data automation scripts, and custom chatbot architectures require highly specialized, front-loaded engineering and server infrastructure.

  • Prototyping & Sandbox Environments: Initial milestone payments allocated toward data structuring, cleaning, dataset training, or sandbox environment configurations are strictly non-refundable.
  • Computational & Token Costs: Any pre-allocated computational tokens, API keys, or cloud processing fees (including but not limited to OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Cloud, or AWS) consumed during development are real-time operational expenses and cannot be reversed or refunded under any circumstances.

Digital Marketing & Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

Digital marketing strategies, localized/international SEO setups, Google Ads management, backlink profile building, and search index mappings require continuous monthly maintenance, strategic content curation, and manual labor.

  • Monthly Retainers: Payments made for monthly digital marketing retainers or active optimization cycles are non-refundable.
  • Subscription Cancellation: Clients may cancel their recurring monthly marketing services by providing a written notice at least 15 business days prior to the commencement of the next billing cycle. If notice is given past this 15-day window, the upcoming month’s invoice must be cleared, and services will conclude at the end of that billing month.
  • Performance Disclaimer: Search engine algorithms, keyword auction metrics, and search indexing parameters update frequently. While Infinity Solutions applies industry-standard, data-driven methodologies, we do not offer refunds based on specific search engine ranking positions or flux, as external search platform behavior remains outside our direct engineering control.

Graphic Designing & Brand Architecture

Creative asset conceptualization, high-fidelity digital media, UI/UX design wireframes, and complete corporate identity layouts involve artistic labor and intellectual property creation.

  • Design Sprints: Payments for design concepts, revisions, or brand kits are
    non-refundable once the project kickoff briefing has concluded and design drafts have been generated.
  • Rejection of Concepts: In the event that a client chooses not to utilize the creative directions, logos, layouts, or visual assets delivered by our design team, no refunds will be processed. The creative labor hours remain fully billable.

Force Majeure & Modifications by the Company

In rare instances where Infinity Solutions cannot initiate or execute an agreed-upon service contract due to unforeseen internal constraints, sudden technological limitations, or critical system force majeure, we will notify the client immediately in writing. In such cases, a transparent review will be conducted, and a full or prorated refund for the unexecuted portion of the milestone will be credited back to the client within 7 to 10 business days.

Refund Processing Protocol

Where an explicit refund exception is approved in writing by the executive management panel of Infinity Solutions:

  • The payout will be returned exclusively to the original payment source (UPI, Bank Wire Transfer, or Corporate Account).
  • Any transactional overheads—including payment gateway processing fees, bank clearance charges, or statutory Indian tax adjustments (TDS/GST as per the Indian Income Tax Act, 1961)—will be deducted directly from the final refund amount.
  • Approved refunds will reflect in the client’s account within 7 to 14 business days from the formal date of written confirmation.
