By accessing infinity-solutions.in or signing a Statement of Work (SOW) with Infinity Solutions, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms of Service and our standalone Cancellation & Refund Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately cease using our website and services.

Scope of Custom Services

Infinity Solutions provides specialized enterprise solutions across five core digital pillars:

  • Website Development: Custom frontend design, responsive layouts, web application architectures, web hosting migration, and system deployments.
  • Application Development: Native and hybrid mobile software engineering, database management systems, and specialized administrative backend panels.
  • Digital Marketing: Search Engine Optimization (SEO), localized/international keyword strategies, Google Ads campaigns, backlink network engineering, and search index optimization.
  • Graphic Designing: Corporate brand identity kits, UI/UX high-fidelity wireframes, social media creatives, and digital marketing visual assets.
  • AI Development: Machine learning (ML) model integrations, data automation engineering, custom natural language processing (NLP) scripts, and smart chatbot workflows.

Client Obligations & Communication

  • Asset Provision: The Client is responsible for timely delivery of all required access credentials, server pathways, vector logos, copy texts, or proprietary data models required to execute project milestones.
  • Feedback Timelines: The Client agrees to review deliverables and provide structural feedback within 5 business days of a development sprint submission. Delays in client feedback will result in a automatic, proportional extension of production deadlines.

Payment Terms & Financial Compliance

  • Currency & Taxation: All invoices and transactional quotes are processed in Indian Rupees (INR) or equivalent international currencies as designated on the invoice. Invoices are subject to statutory Indian tax mandates, including TDS (Income Tax) as per the Indian Income Tax Act, 1961, and applicable GST.
  • Late Payments: Payments delayed beyond the mutually agreed due date may trigger an immediate, temporary suspension of active digital marketing campaigns, take-downs of live testing or sandbox environments, and a halt on active source code development pipelines.

Intellectual Property (IP) Ownership

  • Bespoke Deliverables: Upon full and final financial clearance of all outstanding project invoices, the exclusive source code, custom graphics, unique layout designs, and trained parameters built specifically for the Client will be transferred entirely to the Client.
  • Pre-Existing Assets: Infinity Solutions retains absolute ownership over its pre-existing proprietary code modules, background software engines, foundational frameworks, and baseline design vectors utilized during development.
  • Portfolio License: The Client grants Infinity Solutions a non-exclusive license to showcase visual layouts, UI screens, or anonymous project metrics on
    infinity-solutions.in for professional case study and portfolio purposes, unless restricted by a mutually executed NDA.

Artificial Intelligence (AI) Deployment Disclaimers

  • Operational Boundaries: Our custom AI development processes connect to
    state-of-the-art third-party large language models (LLMs) and cloud computing architectures (including OpenAI, Anthropic, AWS, or Google Cloud).
  • Hallucinations & Dynamic Updates: Infinity Solutions is not legally liable for unexpected data anomalies, algorithmic model hallucinations, or structural API updates pushed by external infrastructure providers that alter the functionality of automated systems post-deployment.

Marketing & SEO Performance Boundaries

Search Engine Behavior: Search engine algorithms, keyword auctions, and indexing algorithms fluctuate continually. While we use white-hat, data-driven optimization strategies, Infinity Solutions does not guarantee permanent, specific keyword placements or search engine ranking positions, as external search environments remain out of our direct engineering control.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law in India, Infinity Solutions, its directors, or its development team shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages—including but not limited to loss of profits, corporate data leaks, server downtimes on third-party hosts, or business interruptions—arising out of the use or inability to use our digital assets and software deployments.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service shall be governed by, interpreted, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any legal disputes, operational disagreements, or contractual claims originating from services rendered by Infinity Solutions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located within our principal place of business operations.

Modifications to Service Terms

We reserve the right to revise, update, or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior individual notice to reflect changes in regulatory laws, technological advancements, or security standards. Continued engagement with our services or utilization of
